Maral Rahimian has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2016, they worked as an Engineer Intern at OMC Management Consulting in Tabriz. From 2012 to 2021, they were an Educational Consultant at Mohammadreza Pourdstamalchi Counseling Center. In 2019, they became the Head of Project Monitoring at ISOICO. Currently, they are working as an Educational Consultant.

Maral Rahimian received their High School Diploma in Physics and Mathematics from NedayZeinab High School in 2010. Maral then went on to earn their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Tehran, graduating in 2014. In 2015, they attended the University of Tabriz and completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in the same field.

Maral Rahimian further pursued their studies and obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic, graduating in 2019.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Maral Rahimian also obtained several certifications. In November 2011, they completed a certification in MATLAB Programming from Amirkabir University of Technology - Tehran Polytechnic. In July 2016, they achieved a certification in CompTIA Network+ from Network Engineering Technologies, Inc (NET). In August 2020, they completed a certification in Project Management The Standard of PMBOK from Aryana Project Management Institute. In December 2021, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Access 2016 from the Industrial Management Institute. Lastly, in April 2022, they achieved a certification in B2B Marketing from the Industrial Management Institute.

ISOICO

Iran shipbuilding and offshore industries complex has been located in 37 kilometers west of Bandar-Abbas ,It has been constructed with the purpose of designing, construction and repair of various types of vessels and offshore structures. ISOICO has produced Iran's first ocean liner ship named "Iran-Arak"​. It was launched in Hormozgan southern city port in 2009. It weighs over 7000 tons and is able to carry over 30,000 tons of cargo or 2,200 TEU.[3] Iran-Arak can accelerate to 32 knots (59.3 km/h) and is able to sail 25 days non-stop.[4][5] The vessel, which has cost $50 million to construct, is 185 meters (607 ft) long, 30 meters (98.4 ft) wide, has 10 meters (32.8 ft) of draft and uses more than 16.7 MW to reach 21.5 knots (39.8 km/h).[3] "Iran-Shahr-e Kord"​ is identical to "Iran-Arak"​ and both ships are produced by ISOICO for Iran Shipping Lines.[6][7] On Sept 11, 2011 Iran launched a third ship named "Iran-Kashan"​.
