Mitta Rout

Mitta Rout is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and process excellence. Currently serving as Teaching Faculty at The Art of Living and as a Process & Business Excellence Coach (Master Black Belt - LSS) at Globus Engineering & Solutions, Mitta also holds the position of Vice President - Corporate QA Head at Capgemini, where leadership is provided in process innovation and excellence within Technology & Outsourcing Services across India. Additionally, Mitta leads CSR activities at Capgemini and is actively involved in women’s initiatives as Executive Lead of the Women's Council. Contributions to ISO standards as Project Editor, along with membership roles in various professional organizations including NASSCOM and SEIR, highlight Mitta's commitment to quality in the industry. Academic credentials include a Master's in Computer Applications from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela, along with specialized training in finance and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
