Ali Gharibiyan is currently a Rehabilitation Assistant at Isokinetic Medical Group since August 2022 and has been serving as a Basketball Coach for Don Bosco Cinecita’ Basketball since February 2021. Ali holds a Master's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, obtained between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Sport Science from Islamic Azad University, completed in June 2017.

In 2002, Isokinetic made history when they helped Bologna FC's Roberto Baggio recover from an anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in just 76 days - something previously thought impossible. As part of their scientific initiative, Isokinetic organised over twenty conferences across Italy between 1992 and 1995 before establishing an annual international conference which they have hosted ever since, bringing experts from numerous fields together to discuss the latest advances in patients'​ treatment. In May 2017, Isokinetic in collaboration with FCBarcelona and FIFA will host the world's largest Football Medicine conference at Camp Nou in Barcelona.
