Mickey Hsiao

Mickey Hsiao, CPIM, CLTD, currently serves as the Global Lead - Supply Chain Business Analyst at Isola Group since August 2023, where responsibility includes establishing a global shared-services team and optimizing supply chain functions. As a co-founder of Boulangerie Pain de Kai since January 2015, Mickey contributes to the culinary landscape by providing fresh baked goods in Yilan County, Taiwan. Previously, Mickey held positions at Edwards Lifesciences from 2018 to 2023 as a Senior Analyst, Planner/Buyer, and earlier as a Supply Chain Planner at NXP Semiconductors. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering & Engineering Management from National Tsing Hua University. Military experience includes serving as a 2nd Lieutenant Vehicle Platoon Leader in the Republic of China Air Force.
