Travis Kelly

Travis Kelly is the current President and Chief Executive Officer at Isola Group. Travis has also previously worked at Cerberus Capital Management and Visteon Corporation.

Kelly started their career at Visteon Corporation in 2001 as an SAP Analyst. Travis was promoted to Controller/CFO of two Greenfield investments in Smyrna, TN in 2005 to support Nissan’s largest manufacturing facility in the United States. In less than 2 years, the total consolidated revenue was +$800 million with an adjusted EBITDA of $61 million. Kelly implemented SOX and a new ERP (SAP) system during the first 12 months of launch. Travis also structured and negotiated a credit agreement to support cash flow needs of the new joint venture.

In December 2005, Kelly left Visteon Corporation to join Cerberus Capital Management as their Global Chief Operating Officer & Sr. Operating Executive. There they provided executive leadership for the Product Design to Delivery (which includes COAC's capabilities in manufacturing, supply chain, and process improvement/Lean) and the Finance practice area (which includes the internal Controllership function). Travis was also an engagement partner for Cerberus Business Finance & Corporate Credit and Distressed desk.

Kelly left Cerberus Capital Management in November 2019 to join Isola Group as their President and Chief Executive Officer.

-Travis Kelly received their Executive MBA from Harvard Business School in Corporate Level Strategy.

-Travis also has an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from Wayne State University.

-In addition, they hold a Honors Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Windsor in Accounting/Finance and Marketing.

-Travis also has a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Clair College in Marketing.

-Finally, they have a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Clair College in International Business.
