Walt Niziolek

Walt Niziolek is the current Chief Operating Officer at Isola Group. Walt has previously held positions as Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing at Pride Mobility Products, Vice President Manufacturing Operations at CPG Building Products, and Vice President of Operations at Haulmark Industries.

Niziolek has over 25 years of experience in medical device manufacturing, complex rehabilitation, global operations, and private equity. Walt has a proven track record of leading organizations through periods of significant change and growth. Walt is an innovative and results-oriented leader with a passion for developing people and teams.

Walt Niziolek earned their MBA in finance/accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and their BS in industrial engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.

Walt Niziolek reports to Travis Kelly, President and Chief Executive Officer. They work with Sean Mirshafiei - Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Troy Ruhrer - Chief Financial Officer, and Mike Rafford - Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
