Peter Barron

Peter Barron has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as M&A Transition Leader at isolved since December 2020, where responsibilities include integrating acquisitions into company processes. Previous roles include Director of HR Services for Navitas, where Peter led staffing and regulatory compliance initiatives while realizing significant cost savings, and Director of HR Operations at Tufts University, where Peter established a new HR shared services organization. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at The MENTOR Network, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Mercer, IBM, and The Hunter Group, contributing to the development and management of HR services and systems. Peter holds an MBA in HRIS from the University at Albany, a BS in Economics from Siena College, and further education in Human Resource Management from Duke University.
