Sydney Ridge

Sydney Ridge has a diverse work experience history, starting in 2009 as a Server at Texas Roadhouse. Sydney then worked as an Intern at PM Technologies, Inc. in 2013 before transitioning to a Server/Bartender role at Outback Steakhouse from 2012 to 2014. Sydney returned to PM Technologies, Inc. in 2014 as a Project Coordinator until 2016. Sydney then joined Ultimate Software as a Business Analyst from 2018 to 2021. Following that, they progressed to become an Associate Product Manager at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) in 2021. Sydney was promoted to Senior Product Manager in July 2021 until January 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Management - Platform at isolved from 2023.

Sydney Ridge attended Auburn University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management. In 2017, they also obtained a CAPM certification from the Project Management Institute.
