Yaniv Cohen

Yaniv Cohen, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Associate in Corporate Development at isolved since November 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Private Equity Associate at Pacific General from January 2023 to October 2025, specializing in cross-border transactions involving the United States, South Korea, and Saudi Arabia. Prior to that, Yaniv held the position of M&A Associate at FE International, Inc., an award-winning global M&A advisor, from January 2021 to December 2022. Additional experience encompasses roles as Senior M&A Analyst and Senior Assurance Associate in Financial Services at RSM US LLP, along with earlier positions as an Accounting Intern at Eleven James, an Audit Intern at RSM US LLP, a Tax Intern at RSM US LLP, and a Research Analyst Intern at Signals Analytics. Yaniv Cohen has a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University, earned between 2013 and 2017.
