John Gleason is currently the VP of Engineering at Isometric Micro Molding, Inc. John has previously held various engineering and automation roles at the company. Before Isometric Micro Molding, Inc., John worked as a Project Manager at Coloplast. John graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Manufacturing Engineering in 2005.

Isometric Micro Molding is a 100% vertically integrated micro molding company. In-house capabilities in ISO 13485 facility include micro molding, ultra-precision micro mold building, automated micro assembly, and micro CT scanning. Microns Matter proven process used in validation enables design intent control and quality of medical and drug delivery devices in production. Devices such as transdermal patches, ligating clips, intraocular implants, orthopedic anchors, microfluidic devices, robotic and endoscopic surgery, and neurovascular implants are some of the examples of polymer components and sub-assemblies Isometric Micro Molding, Inc. has brought to production. As of March 1, 2024, Isometric is partnering with Nissha Medical Technologies (NMT), a global Contract Design/Development Manufacturing Organization. NMT’s expertise in the design and development of endoscopic devices, combined with Isometric’s micro-molding capabilities, have the potential to redefine the realm of surgical instruments, surgical robotics, and other medical and drug delivery device platforms. Together, we aim to address the changing demands of medical devices by enhancing component miniaturization and improving the maneuverability of small and precision components, ultimately advancing medical efficiency.
