Ellie Romer - Lee

Ellie Romer-Lee has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ellie currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Isometric since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Coach at Acceleration Coaching where they provided guidance and support to their clients, focusing on language and relational coaching.

Before that, Ellie worked at Onfido, starting in 2014. Ellie initially joined as the Head of Talent and later served as the VP of People. As the Chief of Staff, they led the People Team, overseeing HR operations, recruitment, talent management, and culture. During their tenure, they developed and implemented Onfido's values framework and emphasized personal development. Ellie left Onfido in 2021.

Before joining Onfido, Ellie was the first employee at Hire Space, where they took on various roles and responsibilities. Initially, they served as the Head of Venues before transitioning to Customer Success, where they contributed to product development and led the company's expansion. Ellie managed HR processes, recruitment, and talent development. Ellie worked at Hire Space from 2012 to 2014.

Ellie'searlier work experience includes a role as an English Teacher at Wilson's School and other institutions from 2009 to 2012.

Ellie Romer-Lee completed their secondary education in English literature at the University of Cambridge from 2006 to 2009. In 2010-2011, they pursued a PGCE in Secondary English at King's College London. In 2020, Ellie Romer-Lee obtained a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School. Additionally, they attained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in September 2022.
