James Girling has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. 🧬🤖 James currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Isomorphic Labs, where their role involves utilizing AI/ML to accelerate drug discovery and find cures for diseases. Prior to this, James was the Founder & Managing Director of ISCN Ltd, a platform that connected individuals in the information security field. 🧬🤖 James also served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Synthace, where they implemented hiring processes and systems. Additionally, James worked at ConsenSys as a Talent Lead, Europe, helping the company rapidly scale its global headcount. 🧬🤖 James was also a Talent Sourcer at Facebook, responsible for sourcing engineering leaders, and at Microsoft, where they specialized in talent acquisition for cloud and cyber security roles. James began their career at BT Openreach, working in project management and business alignment. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a passion for technology and talent acquisition.

James Girling has a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Business & IT from Anglia Ruskin University. 🧬🤖 James also completed an NVQ Level 3 in IT Systems through the BT Apprenticeship Scheme / Business Skills College. Prior to that, they attended Thomas Mills High School where they obtained 3 A-Levels and 10 GCSEs (A-C).
