Kimberly Rogers has been in the business development and sales industry since 1999. Starting as a Chemical Sales Account Manager for John Henry Enterprises, Inc., they increased revenue by 30% in the first quarter and an additional 7% in the second quarter. Kimberly also captured large accounts such as the Army Corps Engineers, University of New Orleans, Hilton Hotels, Xavier University and Louisiana Superdome. In 2016, they became the Area Business Development Manager for 1Heart Caregiver Services, where they represented the company through professional relationships and gained business based on their services and reputation. Kimberly also focused on developing programs that trained caregivers, reduced payroll and expenses while building a Veterans program. In 2017, they became the Community Liasion for Valley View Home Health Care, where they increased the referral base from 3 hospitals to 11 hospitals in the first month and determined if patients acuity met admissions requirements through bedside consultation. Kimberly also built and implemented a marketing budget. In 2019, they became the Community Partnership Program Advisor for Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery and the Hospice Liaison for Amedisys. In 2020, they became the Community Liaison for Community Healthcare of Texas and in 2021, the Hospice Consultant for Good Shepherd Hospice. Currently, Kimberly Rogers is the Director of Business Development for RED OAK HEALTH & REHABILITATION CENTER.
Kimberly Rogers is currently enrolled in a Business Management program at the University of Phoenix. Kimberly has also obtained several certifications, including a Texas Assisted Living Manager from Texas Health and Human Services in August 2019, a Certified Dementia Specialist from Silverado in October 2018, an Isoratec Sales from Isoratec Corporation in June 2018, a Simione Sales Management Workshop from Simione Healthcare Consultants, LLC in August 2015, a Certified Speaker from Service Corporation International in November 2011, a Standard CPR/AED/First-Aid Certification Course from the American Heart Association in December 2018, and an Email Solution Provider Expert Certification from Constant Contact in August 2018.
