Jonathan Malan

Jonathan Malan is an experienced human resources executive with a strong track record in organizational transformation and strategic HR leadership. As COO and Vice President of Global Services at IsoTalent from January 2022 to April 2023, Jonathan played a pivotal role in advancing operational efficiency. Prior to this, Jonathan served as Vice President of Human Resources at Vasion, where a significant transformation led to a 50% reduction in time to fill positions and agency fees. Jonathan has also held senior HR roles at MetaSource, including VP and Sr. Director, where efforts included modernizing HR practices and successfully integrating multiple acquisitions. Additionally, Jonathan established HR functions at Veridicus Health and managed recruitment at W.W. Clyde & Co. Jonathan holds an MBA from Brigham Young University.
