Robb Lifferth is an experienced business development and HR professional with a strong background in strategic direction and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development and Head of Operations at IsoTalent, Robb also co-founded TechBuzz.News, aimed at connecting the Utah tech community with the latest news and job opportunities. As VP of Human Capital at Alta Global Ventures, Robb focuses on addressing technical talent challenges in the tech industry through the co-founding of Alta Scout. Additionally, Robb provides executive HR consulting for Mountain Talent, advising on recruitment strategies for rapid growth companies like The VOID. Previous roles include Executive Vice President of Human Resources at UpWell Health, HR Director at Fusion-io, and HR Manager at Intertape Polymer Group, along with a foundational role as Office Manager at Down Under Sports.
