Roberta Lyra

Roberta Lyra started their work experience in 2002 as a Marketing Trainee at Hebron S.A. Roberta then moved on to work as a Marketing Trainee at ARI Business Solutions from November 2004 to June 2005. After that, they worked as a Commercial Banking Specialist at Caja Rural de Granada from August 2005 to August 2007, followed by a position as a Commercial Banking Specialist at Bankia from August 2007 to November 2013.

In 2014, Roberta joined GHENOVA as an International HR, working from May to October. The following year, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Formación y Control from April to July. In 2015, they returned to GHENOVA as an International HR Manager from July 2015 to July 2016.

From 2017 onwards, Roberta worked at Isotrol as their International HR. In 2018, they joined Junta de Andalucía, first working at the Instituto de Estadística y Cartografía de Andalucía from May 2023 until present, and then moving on to Formación para el Empleo Junta de Andalucía from December 2018 until present.

Roberta Lyra holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource and Talent Management from Universidad Loyola, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they acquired a Master's Degree in Finance with a focus on Banca y Finanzas from the same university, which they completed between 2007 and 2009. Roberta also completed a Doble Licenciatura in Administración de Empresas y Comercio Exterior, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, from UNIAESO - Centro Universitario AESO-Barros Melo from 1998 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Roberta has obtained several certifications. In December 2018, they became a certified Funcionaria de carrera at the Delegación Territorial de Empleo in Sevilla, granted by Junta de Andalucía. In May 2014, they achieved a C1 English Level certification from Cambridge English Language Assessment. Roberta also holds a certification as an Export Manager from Extenda - Agencia Andaluza de Promoción Exterior, although the specific dates of when they obtained this certification are not provided.
