Daniel Finneran has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Daniel has held various roles in different companies.

In 2009, Daniel worked at the European Space Agency as a Senior Systems Designer. Daniel was involved in projects such as the virtualization of the Main Control Room and the design of networking and virtual infrastructure for the Space Situational Awareness Mission.

From 2012 to 2014, Daniel was a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at BSkyB. Daniel worked on the deployment and configuration of hardware infrastructure, including HP C-Class Chassis and Netapp FAS3240 storage.

Daniel joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2014 as a Software Defined Solutions Architect. Daniel delivered presentations, worked with customers to understand infrastructure benefits, and extended the ecosystem through code and open-source projects.

At Packet, an Equinix Company, from 2020 to 2022, Daniel was a Senior Manager in Developer Relations. Daniel managed an engineering team, built partnerships, and grew the community around Tinkerbell.

In 2022, Daniel joined Loft Labs as the VP of Marketing. Daniel managed marketing initiatives, collaborated with PR teams, and organized events.

Currently, Daniel is working at Isovalent as the Principal Community Advocate, beginning in 2022.
