Sharon Gray/LaPorte

Sharon Gray/LaPorte has over 40 years of work experience in the recruiting field. Sharon began their career in 1975 as a Recruiting Specialist for Fluor Daniel. In 1985, they moved to Alcon Surgical as a Recruiting Specialist. In 1991, they became a Recruiting Manager at Gensia Laboratories. From 1999-2001, they worked as a Recruiter and Director of Staffing at Conexant and Western Digital, respectively. From 2001-2005, they worked as a Contract Recruiter at AERO Enterprises and Boyle Engineering. From 2005-2007, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Lehman Brothers, where they recruited mortgage professionals, IT professionals, and offered employee relations services. Sharon returned to AERO Enterprises in 2007 as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Recruiter.

Sharon Gray/LaPorte obtained their BA in Psychology from U.S.A.F.E. between 1969 and 1974. Sharon also attended the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business and Baker College of Muskegon, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology.
