Caroline O'Sullivan

Caroline O'Sullivan is currently the Director of Services at The ISPCC National Children's Charity, bringing 27 years of management experience, including 22 years in senior management roles, predominantly within the NGO sector. Previously, they held various positions at ISPCC, including Regional Services Manager and Assistant Director of Services, where they focused on practice and policy development. Caroline also worked as a social worker and youth worker early in their career, emphasizing support for children and families. They hold multiple degrees, including an honours postgraduate degree in Youth and Community Work from St Patrick's Pontifical University and a First Class Honours in Human Resources Management from the University of Limerick.
