Kevin McHugh is a Governance Risk and Compliance Consultant and Independent Director with three decades of international board-level experience across Europe, North America, and Australia. They have developed and led diverse teams to deliver professional risk management and compliance services, while managing complex stakeholder relationships including Boards, regulators, and investment banks. Currently, Kevin serves as the Chair of the ISPCC and as a Governance Risk and Compliance Consultant at Priory GRC Consulting Limited. Their previous roles include Chief Risk Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at the Bank of Montreal (Europe) Plc and Chief Compliance Officer for AIB's Capital Markets Division. Kevin is also a member of the National Advisory Council for the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments in Ireland.
