Heather Patterson

Heather Patterson, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at ISPE since May 2022, Patterson previously held positions such as Director of Human Resources & Safety at American Thermal Systems and Patriot Energy Partners, LLC, as well as Director of Human Resources & Safety at Murphy Energy/Connect Transport LLC. Additional experience includes working as HSE Manager at Greenwell Energy Solutions. Patterson holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from Sam Houston State University, completed between 1998 and 2004.
