Scott W. Billman

Scott Billman currently serves as SVP Global Engineering, Technology, & Facilities at Solventum since April 2024, having previously held the position of VP Global Engineering, Real Estate, and Facilities. Prior to Solventum, Scott Billman was VP of Engineering at Thermo Fisher Scientific from September 2021 to March 2024. Experience at Biogen from July 2014 to September 2021 included roles such as Global Head of Engineering and Sr. Director Global Engineering, with responsibilities in project execution and manufacturing support. Scott Billman also contributed to Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics as Director of Engineering from December 2010 to July 2014 and held the Associate Director of Global Engineering position at Merck from August 2000 to December 2010. Early career experience included roles at IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC, and Foster Wheeler. Scott Billman earned a BS in Engineering from Drexel University in 1993.
