Susan Obarski

Susan Obarski, MPA, PMP, CAE, has extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as Sr. Director of the Project Management Office at ISPE since January 2011. Obarski successfully established a new PMO, introduced project and program portfolio management, and oversees the implementation of the organization's strategic plan. Previous roles at ISPE include Interim Sr. Director of Training, where revenue targets were exceeded by 14%, and Executive Project Manager, advising the CEO and Board on governance and strategic initiatives. Earlier career experiences include managing educational programs at the Florida State Fair Authority and Crowley Museum & Nature Center, as well as teaching music at Milwaukee Public Schools. Obarski holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of South Florida, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
