Niklas Swanstrom

Niklas Swanstrom is a seasoned expert in international relations and security, currently serving as a Senior Associate Research Fellow at ISPI - Istituto per gli Studi di Politica Internazionale and as Director at the Institute for Security and Development Policy. Additionally, Niklas is a Fellow at the Foreign Policy Institute and the Owner of NIKAB Consulting AB, specializing in strategic advice concerning Asia. Academic involvement includes past roles as a Non-resident Professor at Sichuan University and Guest Professor at LeShan Normal University. Prior experience includes research fellowships at Johns Hopkins University and leadership roles such as Chairman and Founder of Asian Analyses.
