Chris R. Burch

Chris R. Burch 柏相韦 is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Member for Ispire since June 2023. Previously, Chris held the position of Chief Financial Officer at BraunBio, a biochip manufacturer, from October 2020 to May 2022, and at Waton Corp, a fintech firm, from January 2020 to September 2020. Earlier roles include Managing Director at Feiyang Group/Yishenghuo, and Adviser to the Chairman and General Manager of Investments at Shenzhen Capital Group, the largest venture capital management company in China. Chris also gained experience as a Partner at China Technology Ventures from 2000 to 2002. Chris's educational background includes an EMBA in Technology Management from Tsinghua University, BBAs in Decision Sciences and Finance from Georgia State University and the University of Georgia, respectively, and corporate education in Corporate Strategy and Growth from Duke University.
