Ian Goldberg has a long and varied work experience. Ian began their career in 1987 as the Owner of X-Static Productions, a full-service musical production company. In 1991, they served as a Staff Assistant/Intern at The White House in Washington DC. Ian then moved on to Ammirati & Puris as an Assistant Account Manager in 1994. In 1995, they became a Senior Account Manager at Renegade Marketing Group, where they managed digital development and guerrilla marketing projects for clients. In 1997, they became an Account Manager at Sitespecific Inc., which was acquired by CKS. In 1998, they became Vice President at i33 communications LLC, which was acquired by CommerceOne. In 2001, they became President of Samian Sales, LLC, where they managed the day-to-day operations and ongoing strategy of a specialty food distribution company. In 2018, they joined the National Alliance For Youth Sports as a Board Member of the National Advisory Council. Finally, in 2016, they founded and became the CEO of iSport360, Inc., a company that is changing the culture in youth sports.

Ian Goldberg obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Communication from The George Washington University between 1990 and 1993. Ian then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship/Small Business Operations from Rutgers Business School between 2002 and 2004. Additionally, they obtained a certification from Rutgers Business School in 2015 for Lean Innovation.
