Michael Clark

Michael Clark, CSM®, has extensive experience in quality assurance, having held various roles at companies like iSpot.tv, Medical Reporting Software (MRS Systems, Inc.), and GE Healthcare. Michael founded the QA department at MRS Systems and implemented formal testing tools. At GE Healthcare, they progressed from a Sr. Test Engineer to a QA Manager, emphasizing process improvement and synergy between QA and Development. At iSpot.tv, they held roles such as QA Engineer, QA Engineering Manager, Senior QA Engineering Manager, and currently serves as the Director of QA Engineering. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on project organization.

Michael Clark, CSM®, obtained a Certificate in Software Testing Certification from the University of Washington Extension Program in 2003. In 2023, they also acquired the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. Additionally, they obtained the Foundation Level certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2011.
