Shannon Giannetti

Shannon Giannetti is a Senior Program Manager at iSpot.tv, with responsibilities including Gainsight and Zendesk administration since October 2018. Previously, Shannon held the position of Account Supervisor at Netsertive, managing a $5M annual booking portfolio and overseeing numerous linear tune-in campaigns while fostering relationships with major broadcast stations. Earlier experience includes roles at Ampersand, where Shannon led a sales operations team and transformed processes to enhance campaign success, as well as positions in the hospitality industry at Cactus Restaurants and Ram Restaurant & Brewery, where Shannon focused on customer service, staff development, and operational efficiency. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Bellevue College.
