Adolfo Gutiérrez

Adolfo Gutiérrez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Adolfo began their career as an Investigator in Training at CEIS Universidad de Deusto / Teyser in 2004. Later, they worked as a Professor at Centro de Cualificación y Empleo in 2007. Adolfo then joined Asociación Nuevo Futuro as an Educator, where they focused on the education and care of minors in accordance with the organization's educational project. Adolfo also worked as an Auxiliary Educator at CLECE, S.A. and Grupo Urgatzi before returning to Asociación Nuevo Futuro in 2007. In this second tenure, they continued their role as an Educator, focusing on establishing objectives and interventions in personal and educational development, as well as providing initial care for unaccompanied foreign minors.

In 2015, Adolfo transitioned to a new role as a Field Manager and Enumerator at Ingartek until 2017. Adolfo then joined Lantegi Batuak as a Selection Technician, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and communication, as well as the onboarding and maintenance of the organization's talent pool until 2018.

From 2018 to 2021, Adolfo worked at P&PD INGENIEROS as a Selection Consultant, specializing in selecting engineers, IT professionals, and other technical profiles. Their responsibilities included recruiting, headhunting, and managing job offers on various platforms. Currently, they hold the position of Recruitment Consultant Manager at ISPROX Consulting. Their primary focus is on talent acquisition and selecting professionals in engineering, IT, and other technical fields.

Adolfo Gutiérrez has a Licenciatura degree in Sociology from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea. Adolfo also has a Máster degree in Human Resources Management from Esden Business School. Additionally, they hold a Máster degree in Management and Administration of Non-Profit Organizations from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Adolfo also has the title of Especialista en Orientación Sociolaboral from AOSLA-Gizalan. Adolfo has completed a Diploma Program in Coaching from Esden Business School as well.
