Hazel Thurlow

Hazel Thurlow has extensive experience in human resources and people management roles. Hazel is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at ISPT, where they are responsible for driving organizational change and implementing strategies to enhance the people and culture agenda. Prior to ISPT, they served as the Human Resources Director for Amplifon in Australia, playing a crucial role in the organization's exponential growth in the Asia Pacific region. Additionally, Hazel worked as the Executive General Manager of People and Culture at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, where they oversaw all aspects of the organization's people agenda. Hazel has also held various roles at Bupa, including People Director of Health Insurance and Culture ANZ, Director of Talent, Development, Resourcing, Culture & Change, and Head of Resourcing Australia and New Zealand. Early in their career, Hazel worked at ME Bank as the Senior Manager of HR, responsible for building and implementing the recruitment function. Hazel also served as the Manager of Shared Services and National Recruitment Manager at PeopleScout APAC, overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic management of HR outsourcing and recruitment teams.

Hazel Thurlow obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education from Australian Catholic University in the year 2000. Hazel has also earned certifications in Mental Health First Aid, Bupa Advance - Global Talent Development Program, Predictive Index Accredited Analyst and Practitioner, Chief Executive Women Leadership Program, Agile workplace, and MSCEIT Accredited Assessor.
