Matthias Steinmann

Matthias Steinmann is an experienced senior executive in operations and research and development, currently serving as Operations Manager (EMEA) at ISRA VISION since April 2024, and as Unternehmensinhaber at CSL.CNSLT since January 2020. Previously, Matthias held the position of CoE Head of System Management & Engineering at PALFINGER Group, overseeing a team of 70 employees and managing a budget exceeding €10 million, while establishing eight global Competence Centers and leading various engineering initiatives. Prior to that, Matthias spent over two decades at Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG in multiple roles, culminating as Senior Director Central R&D Services, where responsibilities included leading teams, international R&D development, and optimizing product development processes. Matthias holds a Diplom-Ingenieur (FH) degree in Polymer and Plastics Technology from Fachhochschule Darmstadt.
