Nicole Rüffer

Nicole Rüffer has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Nicole started their career in 2001 at DESOI GmbH, where they worked in the in-house marketing and advertising department until 2009. From 2009 to 2010, Nicole was responsible for establishing the marketing and advertising department at Schmidt & Bender GmbH & Co.KG. In 2010, they founded NR MARKETING, where they provided marketing strategies and concepts for start-ups and small to medium-sized companies. Since 2010, Nicole has been with ISRA VISION, initially as a Business Unit Marketing Manager. Nicole later took on the role of Senior Marketing Manager and is currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing Communications & Services.

Nicole Rüffer attended European Business School SE in 2013, where they completed a compact study program in Strategic Marketing. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2008, they studied at DTP AKADEMIE RheinMain GmbH and obtained a degree as a Certified Media Manager with qualifications in vocational and work pedagogy from the IHK.
