Gabi Gefen

Gabi Gefen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gabi started their career in 1994 as the Head of Branch of Operational Research in the Artillery Corps Headquarter for the Israel Defense Forces. Gabi then worked as a Project Manager & System Analyst for MOD at Arcnet Ltd. In 2007, they became the International Program Director & Business Development at ITL Optronics Inc. From 2004 to 2011, they were a Senior Lecturer at Sapir Academic College, teaching technological marketing, industrial management and control, and logistics departments. Gabi then transitioned into the private sector, working as the Senior Director of BD & Marketing at Elbit Cyber, Intelligence & Electro-Optics - ELOP for Elbit Systems Ltd from 2010 to 2015. Following that, they served as the Head of Regional Desk - Corporate Marketing at IMI Systems Ltd from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of VP Corporate Marketing and Head of Regional Desk at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, starting in 2019.

Gabi Gefen earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics/Electro-Optics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completing the program from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, Gefen studied Physics/Optics at Saratov State University from 1989 to 1990. Later, Gefen pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering & Management/Business Administration at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completing the program from 1998 to 2004.
