Hanny Hazan

Hanny Hazan currently serves as the Head of Organizational Development & Learning at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Hanny was the Learning & Organizational Development Manager at Assuta Medical Centers from May 2022 to August 2023. Hanny's career in training and organizational development also includes roles as Training & OD Manager at Reuth from January 2018 to April 2022 and at Migdal Group from June 2001 to December 2017. Hanny holds a BA in Communication and Media Studies from Tel Aviv University and has completed certification studies in Group Facilitation at Bar-Ilan University.
