Jacob Livshits

Jacob Livshits is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in system engineering and thermal analysis. Currently serving as a System Engineering Project Mentor at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering since June 2018, Jacob provides guidance to students on final projects in the System Engineering course. Concurrently, Jacob works as a Thermal Analysis and Control Engineer at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries since February 2018. Previously, Jacob held the position of CAE Specialist at Predictive Engineering from September 2015 to February 2018, focusing on advanced training in NX CAE for Daimler Trucks North America, and spent seven years at McKit as a CAE Specialist managing Siemens PLM simulation tools. Jacob's career began with freelance stress analysis projects from 2000 to 2012, followed by roles at RADOM Aviation Systems Ltd. and MSI Software Engineering, where Jacob conducted structural analysis and design for airborne and ground structures. Jacob holds an MSc in Systems Engineering and a BSc in Mechanical & Systems Engineering, both from Afeka.
