Robert Schwartz

Robert Schwartz is a seasoned professional in the defense and aerospace industry, currently serving as Chief System Engineer at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries since February 2023, where leadership in multidisciplinary development programs is a key focus. Prior experience includes a role as Senior R&D Program Manager at BIRD Aerosystems from March 2018 to December 2022, overseeing the development of the SPREOS DIRCM System, which integrates various advanced technologies. Robert's career began at the Israeli Air Force, where from October 1995 to August 2017, valuable experience was gained in project management and system engineering as an academic-reserve officer. Robert holds an MBA in IT and Technology Management and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from Tel Aviv University.
