Shay Shaham

Shay Shaham is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in research and development, system engineering, and project management. Currently serving as the Head of the System Engineering Department at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries since February 2015, Shay previously held the position of VP of R&D at SleepRate and SeamBI, where significant contributions included pioneering dynamic product placement technologies. Early career experience includes leadership roles in the Technological Unit of the Israeli Intelligent Corps, overseeing multiple teams and large-scale communication system projects. Shay holds both an M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
