Tal Shimon

Tal Shimon (Stern) currently serves as a Business Controller and Analyst at Israel Aerospace Industries, beginning in January 2024. Previously, Tal held two positions at the Weizmann Institute of Science from 2011 to 2023, first as a Project Manager and Budget Controller for The Grand Israel National Center for Personalized Medicine, overseeing project development from planning to execution while ensuring adherence to budget constraints. Additionally, Tal worked as an Economist and Budget Officer in the Finance Division, focusing on budget preparation and control for research grants, financial management, and supporting financial audits. Tal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Management from Bar-Ilan University, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
