Uriya Grushka

Uriya Grushka is an experienced professional in sales and business development within the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries since September 2022, Grushka previously held positions including Director of Sales and Business Development at SMARTSHOOTER and Director of Sales and Business Development at Orbit Communication Systems, where significant contracts were secured and new market segments were established. Grushka's earlier roles included managerial positions in project management and system engineering across various companies, leading teams and overseeing complex R&D projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from the Technion and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
