Stephen Israel is Vice Chairman, Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals within the Global Life Sciences Practice of Korn Ferry. Mr. Israel is an acknowledged industry expert and consultant to venture-backed and/or emerging high-science biotechnology companies whose leadership requirements are entrepreneurial and largely focused on drug discovery and development. Mr. Israel assists these companies primarily in attracting chief executive officers and board members, but also heads of research and development, heads of business development, chief commercial officers, and chief financial officers.
