As a registered patent attorney, Dr. Scott’s practice focused on a wide variety of patent licensing matters and intellectual property issues. Dr. Scott obtained his law degree from Northwestern University with a focus on business law.
Dr. Scott obtained his Ph.D. in molecular biophysics from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
