Andre Groot is an experienced professional with a robust background in business management and operations within the chemical and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Business Manager for Industrial Service Products and Agro & Pharma at ICL Group since March 2015, Andre Groot has also held the position of Global Sourcing Manager for Raw Materials. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Director and Manager of Raw Material Purchasing and R&D at Royal Sanders from November 2006 to January 2015, as well as positions at Unilever as Process Development Manager from 1996 to October 2006. Andre Groot holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, earned between 1988 and 1994.
