Erez Ruder

Erez Ruder serves as the Director of Growing Solutions Digital Transformation & Sustainability at ICL Growing Solutions since April 2024, while also fulfilling the role of Innovation Manager at ICL Group since August 2022. Previous experience includes positions as VP Programs at Commtact Ltd. and Director of AI and Video Analytics at Elbit Systems Ltd. Erez has extensive expertise in leading programs for UAV platforms, digital video links, advanced imagery processing, and C4I systems, alongside a strong background in engineering and systems development within various organizations, including UAV Tactical Systems, ST Aerospace, ECI Innowave, and Rafael. Erez holds a BSc in Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an ongoing Master of Arts in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology from the same institution.
