Hila Koren

Hila Koren PhD is an experienced lecturer and innovation expert currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer at Tel-Aviv University and a Senior Manager at ICL Group's Internal Innovation Accelerator. With a strong background in corporate innovation management, Hila has held teaching roles at Ruppin Academic Center and Sapir College. Hila founded and led Wiscom, a consultancy specializing in organizational innovation, and has worked with prominent organizations such as Elbit Systems and Netafim. Hila's extensive experience includes life and business coaching, as well as clinical criminology, with a PhD in Management from the University of Haifa and advanced degrees in Clinical Criminology and Sociology.
