Ido Lilian is an experienced executive currently serving as Executive Vice President (EVP) at ICL Group since March 2014, with responsibilities including Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) and oversight of CAPEX and net working capital optimization across a total turnover of $5.5 billion. Ido has played a pivotal role in consolidating ICL's decentralized purchasing organizations into a unified Global Procurement Organization headquartered in Amsterdam, alongside establishing regional offices in the USA, Israel, and China. Prior to joining ICL Group, Ido held multiple leadership positions at ICL-IP from 2007 to February 2014, including Vice President of Operation, Engineering & Purchasing, and VP of Supply Chain. Ido holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
