Ilgaz Başat

Ilgaz Başat, MCIPS, currently serves as the Head of Global Indirect Procurement for IT, Professional Services, and Corporate Services at ICL Group since September 2025. Prior roles include Global IT Procurement Category Manager at LyondellBasell, Procurement Category Manager for EMEA at Canon EMEA, and Senior Procurement Professional at ING Nederland, among others. Ilgaz has extensive experience in strategic procurement activities, vendor management, and category management within the IT sector, having also held positions at HSBC and Vodafone. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from VU Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics from Istanbul University, alongside recognition from CIPS with an MCIPS designation.
