Limor Ostrovsky-Lastigzon

Limor Ostrovsky-Lastigzon has extensive experience in strategic marketing, sales, and business development within the industrial solutions sector at ICL Group since March 2005, currently holding the position of Senior Vice President. In this role, Limor leads the growth and value creation strategies for the Industrial Solutions division, particularly in agrochemical, pharmaceutical, energy, and industrial markets, with a focus on energy storage and sustainable recycling innovations. Previous roles include Vice President of Marketing and formal CEO at Fertilizers and Chemicals LTD, where Limor oversaw global marketing and business development in the specialty fertilizer sector, as well as Global Marketing Director for flame retardants targeting the electronics and electrical components industry. Limor's earlier career includes a role as Business Unit Manager for epoxy and styrenics flame retardants and Environmental and QA Director, overseeing global environmental initiatives. Limor holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and an MSc and BSc in Environmental Engineering and Chemistry from Tel Aviv University.
