Oleg Babich

Oleg Babich has extensive experience in the mining industry, with a career spanning several decades. Since October 1991, Oleg has been with ICL Group, serving in various roles including Mining Engineer, Drill & Blast Engineer, and Director of the Zin Mine, where responsibilities have focused on phosphate rocks mining and mine rehabilitation. Prior experience includes working as a Mining Engineer at Underground Mine № 8 with Ukrzapadugol from March 1985 to September 1990, and a brief tenure as a student at a tungsten underground mine in August 1984. Oleg began the journey in the mining field in June 1983 at Underground Mine № 5 while studying. Oleg holds a Master's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the National Mineral Resources University in Saint Petersburg, earned between 1979 and 1985.
