Ramona Berndt is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in payroll, HR controlling, and international human resource management. Currently serving as Teamlead Payroll & HR Controlling at ICL Group since August 2018, Ramona has progressively advanced through various roles, including HR-Controllerin and Personalreferentin.
