Roger Leurs

Roger Leurs has extensive experience in the horticultural and sales sectors, currently serving as the International Sales Manager for East Europe at ICL Group since October 2007. In this role, Roger is responsible for sales in the horticulture and sport/golf/landscape markets, leading a professional team of local Sales Managers and overseeing the Marketing and Sales Support Department. Prior experience includes positions such as Segment Sales Manager at Scotts International for the Benelux region and Product Manager at Van der Velden Handelskwekerij, with responsibilities spanning sales and marketing of various agricultural products. Roger holds a Bachelor's degree in Horticulture from HAS green academy and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, supplemented by studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam and NIMA A + B courses.
